If you want to pack kits fully automatically, an industrial machine T-1000 is required for each part number of the kit. The machines can be combined as a module through pre-configured interfaces.

After packaging your individual parts or kits in bags, you can automatically fill the bags into boxes. The carton filling system drives the cartons on a conveyor belt to the loading station, which counts the bags. The filled boxes are unloaded on a roller conveyor.
This automatic carton filling system takes prefabricated cartons and fills them on a driven conveyor belt. Once filled, they are placed on a roller conveyor. After packaging your individual parts or kits in bags, you can automatically fill the bags into boxes. The UCS-2400 functions as a counter like the serial counter UC-2400, but is also a scale for weight control and a net scale. It is equipped with a large hopper and a vibratory conveyor and is more suitable for fully automatic packaging.
It functions as a partial counter like the standard model UC-2400 and contains a large hopper, a high-speed vibrating bowl made of stainless steel as a drive, a V-conveyor belt for separating the filler parts, an optical high-speed frame and an accumulation device for portioning.
With the UF-5000 feed conveyor, you can evenly load all possible filler parts or sets of parts into the opened bag for loading if you set the correct speed - regardless of whether the parts are fully automatic or manual.
With the feed sorting belt UF-5000 you can set the production speeds for the best packaging results or set the speed rate for the operator - for fast, easy and safe packaging. You can also fill several pouches continuously without interruption. No waiting for the bags to be opened with air or for the bags to be sealed. The UF-5000 allows you to inexpensively and directly pack a wide range of articles (or pack sets) in PE bags, e.g. Hardware sets, tool sets, sets of bicycle parts, assembly kits for toys or furniture.
T-300 Table machine with BO-30 bag opener
The table machine with bag opener allows fully automatic bag packaging without rejects. In rare cases it happens that the airflow does not open a bag. The filler parts would not fall into the bag when loading. The bag opener prevents this.

T-375 Table machine with printer
Table machine with ZEBRA thermal printer and the "next bag out" method, i.e. the next bag already has a different print. This machine works like the table machine T-300, but the printer makes sticking labels unnecessary.
Our automatic table machine with printer offers the patented "next bag out" technology for continuous bag printing. Equipped with a four-color touch screen and “pop-up” messages indicating the end of a run, as well as operation messages and error messages. Run cycle settings can be saved for immediate configuration. Changing roles takes less than a minute. The universal funnel is included in the standard equipment.

The packing speed depends on the nature (shape, size) and the number and the variety of the filling parts, the possible imprint. The speed of the operator also plays a role in manual operation. Therefore, only an approximate value can be given.
T-1000M Industrial machine for medicinal industrie
The industrial machine T-1000M works like the T-1000 with the main difference that the bag packaging is clinically clean. That is why this machine is suitable for packaging food and for medicine.
The T-1000 industrial machine for packaging contains all the features of the T-1000 including “pop-up” windows, job storage, production graphs and error messages. In addition, it fulfills the necessary conditions for medical packaging, e.g. by using Tyvek® bags with 6.35 mm weld seam and tear-open option.
