The T-1000H industrial machine for bag packaging has the same characteristics as the T-1000 model. In contrast to the industrial mesh T-1000, products are loaded horizontally, which is easier for a large number of filler parts. The machine can even be tilted so that gravity takes over part of the loading work.

Touch-screen panel for the operator, which allows him to regulate production, adjust settings and receive technical information. Up to 32 jobs can be stored for immediate changes. Pop-up windows with key buttons and other windows and message screens allow quick adjustment when production changes and immediate information for the operator. A solid heating beam ensures constant temperature with independent welding. Combined with our patented Teflon bar and the immediate display in the event of a malfunction, we guarantee perfect welds and low maintenance.
The standard light barrier field allows welding according to the method tested by OSHA for the desired programming of automatic runs, which results in up to 40% increased production. The automatic cycle is controlled by light signals from the light barrier field.
A horizontal conveyor belt transports the finished bag from the sealing unit to other packing stations. Increased throughput speed with filled bags up to 20 cm thick.
The bag load can consist of a variety of products including gasket sets, clothing, towels and sheets, large gaskets, filters, manuals, instructions kits, spools of thread and tape or spools of cable, bread or other baked goods, medicine and many other things.
Compact design that fits any other packing operation (shown here with the optional Ti-1000 inline thermal transfer printer). Print inline when filling your product. Avoid sticking pressure sensitive labels. Print product numbers, texts, logos, graphics and bar codes directly on the surface of the bag.
A stainless steel slide plate (shown here with the optional pneumatic fingers of the bag straightener) provides a low-friction surface with easy-to-open bags and filling instructions for the product.
