If you want to pack kits fully automatically, an industrial machine T-1000 is required for each part number of the kit. The machines can be combined as a module through pre-configured interfaces.

T-275 automatic table machine for packaging
Automatic table machine for bag packaging. The machine uses chain bags on rolls. The bags are automatically moved to the loading position and opened. After filling, the bags are automatically sealed and blown off.
If we go one step further in the packaging process, the T-275 table machine offers increased packaging speed and further automation. The T-275 packaging machine quickly and automatically pulls the bag into the loading / sealing position, opening it by the air flow so that it can be loaded. When the product is in the bag, press the button or foot pedal to seal the bag and place a new bag in the load / seal position.
US-5000 semi-automatic weighing / counting system

T-375 Table machine with printer
Table machine with ZEBRA thermal printer and the "next bag out" method, i.e. the next bag already has a different print. This machine works like the table machine T-300, but the printer makes sticking labels unnecessary.
Our automatic table machine with printer offers the patented "next bag out" technology for continuous bag printing. Equipped with a four-color touch screen and “pop-up” messages indicating the end of a run, as well as operation messages and error messages. Run cycle settings can be saved for immediate configuration. Changing roles takes less than a minute. The universal funnel is included in the standard equipment.
The industrial machine T-1000 is the heart of the automatic bag packaging. The bags are loaded manually or fully automatically with input accessories. The inline accessories are operated from the machine's touchscreen.
The fastest, simplest and most versatile fully automatic bag packaging machine of its kind with the longest warranty period on the market has become even better. The new T-1000S industrial machine for bag packaging (Advanced Poly-Bagger) with the stepper motor surpasses the old industrial machine T-1000 by far. One reason for this is the interfaces within the machine. Today, the T-1000S offers improved welding registration, fewer components - and therefore less maintenance than before - and quieter, environmentally friendly production.
The packing speed depends on the nature (shape, size) and the number and the variety of the filling parts, the possible imprint. The speed of the operator also plays a role in manual operation. Therefore, only an approximate value can be given.
T-300 Table machine with BO-30 bag opener
The table machine with bag opener allows fully automatic bag packaging without rejects. In rare cases it happens that the airflow does not open a bag. The filler parts would not fall into the bag when loading. The bag opener prevents this.

The Flex Feeder is unmatched as an input unit. The filler parts flow on a vibrating conveyor belt past sensors, which precisely calculate and determine whether a part is isolated and regular or not. The unit rejects hooked or irregular parts and conveys them back to the separation. Irregular parts are never allowed to be loaded.
The patented Flex Feeder as an input accessory for the industrial machine T-1000 for packaging is unique and has many advantages over most known packaging systems. It counts products with a length of 3 mm to 200 mm. If you want to count and pack smaller products from 0.2 to 18 mm in length or diameter, we refer to our BM 1 counting machine
US-9000 Ultra-scale net scale & counting unit
The Ultrawaage US-9000 is both a net scale and a counting unit. It can be easily connected to the T-1000 industrial packaging machine and then works inline. The US-9000 is particularly suitable for small and / or difficult to separate parts that have to be packed.
The US-9000 is ideal for the precise counting of filler parts, which can also be linked together and therefore cannot flow through a part counter. That is why the vibratory bowl feeder offers optimum speed when filling. If the weight of the filled parts approaches the predetermined target weight, the filling speed slows down so that the filling weight deviates only minimally from the target weight. Weighing takes place with a tolerance of up to 0.45 g deviation from the set target weight. If you increase the target weight with the tolerance, you achieve that the desired number of parts is at most exceeded, but never undercut. Therefore suitable
the US-9000 is perfect for light and small parts that cannot be counted on a typical net scale.
T-300 automatic table machine and welder
Tabletop machine for bag packaging. This machine is much faster than the T-200 and T-275. It has a touch screen with “pop-up” windows for messages, status and error display as well as storage and recall function for various orders.
Our smallest, fully automatic packaging machine offers increased production output. It contains many new modules and features including touch screen operation, "pop-up" messages, job storage / job call and automatic pacemaker run.
Possibility for automatic indexing, welding, separation of filled single bags or bag chains.
