If you want to pack kits fully automatically, an industrial machine T-1000 is required for each part number of the kit. The machines can be combined as a module through pre-configured interfaces.

After packaging your individual parts or kits in bags, you can automatically fill the bags into boxes. The carton filling system drives the cartons on a conveyor belt to the loading station, which counts the bags. The filled boxes are unloaded on a roller conveyor.
This automatic carton filling system takes prefabricated cartons and fills them on a driven conveyor belt. Once filled, they are placed on a roller conveyor. After packaging your individual parts or kits in bags, you can automatically fill the bags into boxes. US-9000 Ultra-scale net scale & counting unit
The Ultrawaage US-9000 is both a net scale and a counting unit. It can be easily connected to the T-1000 industrial packaging machine and then works inline. The US-9000 is particularly suitable for small and / or difficult to separate parts that have to be packed.
The US-9000 is ideal for the precise counting of filler parts, which can also be linked together and therefore cannot flow through a part counter. That is why the vibratory bowl feeder offers optimum speed when filling. If the weight of the filled parts approaches the predetermined target weight, the filling speed slows down so that the filling weight deviates only minimally from the target weight. Weighing takes place with a tolerance of up to 0.45 g deviation from the set target weight. If you increase the target weight with the tolerance, you achieve that the desired number of parts is at most exceeded, but never undercut. Therefore suitable
the US-9000 is perfect for light and small parts that cannot be counted on a typical net scale.
With the UF-5000 feed conveyor, you can evenly load all possible filler parts or sets of parts into the opened bag for loading if you set the correct speed - regardless of whether the parts are fully automatic or manual.
With the feed sorting belt UF-5000 you can set the production speeds for the best packaging results or set the speed rate for the operator - for fast, easy and safe packaging. You can also fill several pouches continuously without interruption. No waiting for the bags to be opened with air or for the bags to be sealed. The UF-5000 allows you to inexpensively and directly pack a wide range of articles (or pack sets) in PE bags, e.g. Hardware sets, tool sets, sets of bicycle parts, assembly kits for toys or furniture.
T-1000M Industrial machine for medicinal industrie
The industrial machine T-1000M works like the T-1000 with the main difference that the bag packaging is clinically clean. That is why this machine is suitable for packaging food and for medicine.
The T-1000 industrial machine for packaging contains all the features of the T-1000 including “pop-up” windows, job storage, production graphs and error messages. In addition, it fulfills the necessary conditions for medical packaging, e.g. by using Tyvek® bags with 6.35 mm weld seam and tear-open option.
The Ultra-Count series counter UC-2400 is an additional device for counting individual parts and parts of sets. Counting control through a programmable photocell. A touchscreen sends messages about the charging process or malfunctions. It works inline with the T-1000 industrial machine.

The Flex Feeder is unmatched as an input unit. The filler parts flow on a vibrating conveyor belt past sensors, which precisely calculate and determine whether a part is isolated and regular or not. The unit rejects hooked or irregular parts and conveys them back to the separation. Irregular parts are never allowed to be loaded.
The patented Flex Feeder as an input accessory for the industrial machine T-1000 for packaging is unique and has many advantages over most known packaging systems. The industrial machine T-1000 is the heart of the automatic bag packaging. The bags are loaded manually or fully automatically with input accessories. The inline accessories are operated from the machine's touchscreen.
