The industrial machine T-1000M for bag packaging has the same properties as the model T-1000, but also offers a cleanliness suitable for medical packaging during the packaging process as well as a quality weld seam that makes external contamination impossible.
Standard Features:
- 9.5 mm welding bars with constant temperature
- Welds Tyvek® / polyester, polyethylene, film laminates and other barrier films including HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, polypropylene and nylon films.
- The low pressure detector prevents welding when the pressure is below the required level.
- The sealing process is also prevented when the temperature is lower than is necessary for medical packaging.
- The stainless steel construction, the rustproof components and the oil-free production ensure a clean packaging process.
- The air entering the bag is cleaned beforehand by a 4 micron filter.
- Checking the welding and dwell time, the pressure and the temperature are standard.
