BF-4000 Box filling system

After packaging your individual parts or kits in bags, you can automatically fill the bags into boxes. The carton filling system drives the cartons on a conveyor belt to the loading station, which counts the bags. The filled boxes are unloaded on a roller conveyor.

This automatic carton filling system takes prefabricated cartons and fills them on a driven conveyor belt. Once filled, they are placed on a roller conveyor. After packaging your individual parts or kits in bags, you can automatically fill the bags into boxes. The carton filling system drives the cartons on a conveyor belt to the loading station, which counts the bags. The filled boxes are unloaded on a roller conveyor.

The BF-4000 can be easily combined with other filling units such as horizontal or vertical feed belts, packaging machines and rotating scales.

The products (bags or loose parts) are counted when they are filled into the boxes. When a carton is filled, an accumulator closes the carton, the next empty carton is brought into the filling position and this ensures continuous filling.

Other configurations are also available, including in-line equipment, top & basic configuration, and counting or net weighing systems.
